ZESTY, ZANGY ZOODLES
2 (12-oz.) carton of zucchini zoodles
1 (8-oz.) carton fresh pico de gallo
1 (12-oz.) bottle Joey’s Creamy Lemon-Lime Caesar Dressing or your favorite tangy type of dressing
Olive oil
Salt, black pepper
- Preheat oven 400.
- Spray a large baking sheet with PAM.
- Spread the zucchini noodles over the baking pan.
- Mix in the pico.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle the dressing over the top and mix well.
- Roast in oven for 15-20 minutes or until tender/crispy.
*You can serve with a little grated favorite cheese, add your favorite cooked meat, chicken or seafood. It is good with your favorite marinara sauce added.
