Tangy Lemony Pesto Green Beans

  • 1 to 2 lbs. cleaned green beans
  • 1 (8-oz.) pico de gallo
  • 2 T. pesto
  • 2 T. white balsamic vinegar
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Olive oil
  • Salt, black pepper, garlic powder
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and place in casserole dish with PAM.
  2. Cover with foil and bake at 325 for 20 minutes or until beans are tender but still crispy.
