Ingredients
- 1 to 2 lbs. cleaned green beans
- 1 (8-oz.) pico de gallo
- 2 T. pesto
- 2 T. white balsamic vinegar
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Olive oil
- Salt, black pepper, garlic powder
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and place in casserole dish with PAM.
- Cover with foil and bake at 325 for 20 minutes or until beans are tender but still crispy.
