PEACH PRALINE PIE
Ingredients
- 1 t. flour
- 1 (9”) unbaked deep-dish pie shell
- ⅓ c. flour
- ¼ c. sugar
- ¼ t. salt
- ¼ t. nutmeg
- ½ c. light corn syrup
- 3 eggs
- 3 c. fresh peaches, peeled, cut into 1” pieces
- ¼ c. butter, melted
- ¼ c. packed dark brown sugar
- 2 T. butter, softened
- ½ c. coarsely chopped pecans
Instructions
- Sprinkle 1 t. flour over pie shell.
- Beat 3 T. of flour and sugar with salt, nutmeg, corn syrup and eggs in mixing bowl for 1 minute.
- Stir in peaches and melted butter. Spoon into pie shell.
- Combine remaining flour with brown sugar in bowl and mix well. Cut in 2 T. butter until crumbly. Stir in pecans.
- Sprinkle evenly over peach mixture. Bake 375 for 45 minutes or until set, covering edge of pie with foil as needed to prevent from burning. Serve with ice cream.

ADDITIONAL PEACH TOPPING, OPTIONAL
Ingredients
- 6 large fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
- 3 T. fresh lemon juice
- ¼ c. sugar
Instructions
- Combine the 3 ingredients, cover and chill.
- When ready to serve with pie or on top of pie, drain the peaches. Arrange over the top of cooled pie.
