Easy Homemade Irish Cream

1 T. instant espresso powder
1 T. best-quality Dutch-process cocoa powder
1 (14-oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 c. heavy cream
¾ c. Irish Whiskey
1 vanilla bean, split and scraped

  1. Combine espresso and cocoa powder in pitcher and stir in 3 T. hot water until smooth.
  2. Add condensed milk, cream, whiskey and vanilla bean seeds and whisk until smooth.
  3. Cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 24 hours up to 2 weeks.
  4. Serve on the rocks or add to hot coffee, milkshakes or other fun cocktails.
