Easy Cheese and Egg Souffle

6 eggs
1/3 c. whole milk
Garlic salt, black pepper
Mozzarella cheese, shredded

  1. In bowl, mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Set aside.
  2. Spray 3 ramekins with PAM and fill ½ full with shredded cheese.
  3. Pour egg mixture into ramekins and fill to top.
  4. Place ramekins on cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 30 minutes until high and fluffy.
  5. Serve immediately.
    *You can change up the cheeses.
