Easy Cheddar Cheese Biscuits
Ingredients
- 2 c. Bisquick baking mix
- ½ c. cold water
- 1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ¼ c. butter
- 2 t. dried chives
- ½ t. garlic powder
- ½ t. Italian seasoning
- ½ t. red pepper
Instructions
- Heat oven 450.
- In a bowl, combine baking mix, water and cheese. Mix well.
- Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface, until 1” thick.
- With a biscuit cutter or inverted drinking glass, cut biscuits and place on an ungreased baking sheet.
- Melt butter and add the spices. Mix well.
- Brush the top of biscuits with the butter and bake 8-10 minutes.
Notes
*****If you prefer, you can add all the spices to the dough and just brush top with butter. You can change up the cheeses and spices.
