Delightful Easy Butternut Squash Casserole

2 lbs. canned butternut squash puree (found at Whole Foods)
2 eggs, beaten
¾ c. packed light brown sugar
½ heavy cream
2 T. butter, melted
1 T. Steen syrup or maple syrup
2 t. cornstarch
¼ t. ground cinnamon
¼ t. ground nutmeg
¼ t. ground ginger
2 c. miniature marshmallows
Preheat oven 350.
Place the squash puree in large bowl and add eggs, brown sugar, cream, melted butter, syrup, cornstarch, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and salt.
Stir until combined.
Spoon mixture into 13×9” baking dish coated with PAM.
Bake, uncovered until set, about 40 minutes.
Remove from oven, sprinkle with marshmallows
Increase oven temp to BROIL.
Return dish to oven and broil until marshmallows have browned, 2-3 minutes.
Serve immediately.
