Amazing Oysters Rockefeller Spinach Dip

1 T. butter
8 ozs. Shucked oysters (about 24), drained
1 c. Miracle Whip or mayo
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 (10-oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
1 T. Anise Liqueur, or to taste
1 t. Worcestershire sauce
1 t. fresh lemon juice
½ t. garlic powder
Tabasco to taste
¼ c. panko bread crumbs
Toasted baguette slices, to serve

  1. Preheat oven 350. Lightly spray a small baking dish with PAM.
  2. In skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add oysters, cook 1 minute.
  4. With slotted spoon, remove oysters and set aside.
  5. In bowl, beat mayo and cream cheese with hand mixer at medium speed until well combined.
  6. Stir in spinach, Parmesan, liqueur, Worcestershire, lemon juice, garlic powder and Tabasco.
  7. Gently fold in oysters. Spoon into prepared pan.
  8. Sprinkle with bread crumbs on top.
  9. Bake until bubbly, about 30 minutes.
  10. Serve on baguette.
