Ingredients
  • 1 (16-oz.) pkg. Boboli Italian Bread Shell or Crust
  • 2 T. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 T. minced garlic
  • 1 t. red pepper flakes
  • 1 large, ripe tomato, peeled, seeded and chopped
  • ¼ c. crumbled Gorgonzola or blue cheese
  • 1 T. chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 T. chopped fresh basil or oregano
Instructions
  1. Place bread shell or crust on lightly greased baking sheet.
  2. Mix together oil, garlic and pepper flakes.
  3. Brush generously over the bread.
  4. Sprinkle the cheese, tomato and herbs over the top.
  5. Bake 400 for 10-15 minutes or until warm and cheese melts. Cut into wedges and serve.

*****You can change up cheeses, herbs and veggies.
