Zesty Italian Bread
- 1 (16-oz.) pkg. Boboli Italian Bread Shell or Crust
- 2 T. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 T. minced garlic
- 1 t. red pepper flakes
- 1 large, ripe tomato, peeled, seeded and chopped
- ΒΌ c. crumbled Gorgonzola or blue cheese
- 1 T. chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 T. chopped fresh basil or oregano
- Place bread shell or crust on lightly greased baking sheet.
- Mix together oil, garlic and pepper flakes.
- Brush generously over the bread.
- Sprinkle the cheese, tomato and herbs over the top.
- Bake 400 for 10-15 minutes or until warm and cheese melts. Cut into wedges and serve.
