Super Easy Gooey Chocolate Pudding Cake

SUPER EASY GOOEY CHOCOLATE PUDDING CAKE
CAKE:
¾ c. flour
½ c. sugar
½ c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 ½ t. baking powder
2/3 c. milk
1 t. vanilla
2 T. vegetable oil
TOPPING:
2/3 c. packed light brown sugar
¼ c. miniature semisweet chocolate chips
¼ c. Champagne’s Peanut Brittle Crunch or your favorite chopped nuts
¼ c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 ¼ c. hot water

  1. Preheat oven 350.
  2. In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder and baking powder. Whisk until blended.
  3. Add the milk, vanilla and oil. Stir to mix well.
  4. Spray 9×9” or 2-quart baking dish with PAM.
  5. Pour mixture into baking dish.
  6. In another bowl, combine brown sugar, cocoa powder, chocolate chips and peanut brittle crunch or nuts.
  7. Sprinkle over the cake batter. DO NOT STIR.
  8. Pour hot water over the top. DO NOT STIR.
  9. Bake for 30 minutes until top looks cooked.
  10. Serve warm with ice cream or COOL-WHIP.
