Super Easy Gooey Chocolate Pudding Cake
SUPER EASY GOOEY CHOCOLATE PUDDING CAKE
CAKE:
¾ c. flour
½ c. sugar
½ c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 ½ t. baking powder
2/3 c. milk
1 t. vanilla
2 T. vegetable oil
TOPPING:
2/3 c. packed light brown sugar
¼ c. miniature semisweet chocolate chips
¼ c. Champagne’s Peanut Brittle Crunch or your favorite chopped nuts
¼ c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 ¼ c. hot water
- Preheat oven 350.
- In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder and baking powder. Whisk until blended.
- Add the milk, vanilla and oil. Stir to mix well.
- Spray 9×9” or 2-quart baking dish with PAM.
- Pour mixture into baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine brown sugar, cocoa powder, chocolate chips and peanut brittle crunch or nuts.
- Sprinkle over the cake batter. DO NOT STIR.
- Pour hot water over the top. DO NOT STIR.
- Bake for 30 minutes until top looks cooked.
- Serve warm with ice cream or COOL-WHIP.
