1 (6-oz.) bagel (can be flavored or plain)
3 T. chive cream cheese
1/3 c. thinly sliced English cucumber
3 oz. thin-sliced smoked salmon
3-4 thin slices of red onion
1 t. drained capers
1. Split bagel in half.
2. Spread cut sides with cream cheese.
3. On one half of the bagel, over the cheese, layer the cucumber, salmon, onion and capers.
4. Set remaining bagel on top, cream cheese side down over the filling.
