Today’s GADGET is the GET-TEN NEW ONE-STEP CORN KERNELER. Yep, this is something I would love. We all know it has happened to us all-we try to cut the kernels off the cob and they end up rolling off our cutting board all over the counter and floor. A week later, we still find little pieces of corn hiding behind our coffee pots. This is just too good to be true! All the kernels are whipped into the little space-ship (I like to call it) container that wraps around the corn cob. This sells for about $10. Get you one or more for that upcoming season of fresh corn!

Today’s menu would really make my DADDY smile. Got more EGGPLANT AND TOMATOES!
