COME IN LIKE A LION, GOES OUT LIKE A LAMB!

We have crossed the half-way mark of LENT! How are you doing with your resolutions for LENT? Like I said before, don’t be too hard on yourself if you fell off the rails—just get back up and try again. We all know too well, we can be our own worst enemies! I was reading one of my motivational books and came across this passage written by MAYA ANGELOU! It sort of put me back on track and yet, and made me feel okay about myself!

She said, “I have learned that whenever I decide something with an OPEN HEART, I usually make the RIGHT DECISION. I have learned that even when I have PAINS, I don’t have TO BE ONE. I have learned that every day you should REACH OUT AND TOUCH SOMEONE. People love a WARM HUG, or just a FRIENDLY PAT ON THE BACK. I have learned that I still have a LOT TO LEARN. I have learned that people will FORGET WHAT YOU SAID, people will FORGET WHAT YOU DID, but people will NEVER FORGET HOW YOU MADE THEM FEEL!”
I always try to remember that the MEANING OF LIFE is to FIND YOUR GIFT and the PURPOSE OF LIFE is to SHARE OR GIVE IT AWAY!
CAREFUL, APRIL FOOL’S DAY IS SATURDAY!
It is also the CONGE at THE ACADEMY OF THE SACRED HEART in GRAND COTEAU, LA. A most wonderful way to spend a day with FAMILY and FRIENDS!
