Good Morning Foodies: Here is today’s drill—REPEAT WEDNESDAY AND GADGET DAY. Today’s gadget from E’s Kitchen is a MOLECULAR GASTRONOMY KIT!!!! The kitchen master says this is a cool gift for the adventuresome cooks out there. This kit includes all you need to experiment at home with the molecular techniques seen on “TOP CHEF” and in high-end restaurants, but without the celebrity chef price tag.

This kit includes five pre-measured food additives, five specialized molecular tools as well as 50 recipe DVD that makes molecular gastronomy easy and accessible to all foodies!

This will bring your culinary creativity to the next level and impress your guests with spectacular dishes such as mint caviar beads that burst in your mouth, chocolate spaghetti, lemon foam or tzatziki spheres.

While strolling the streets of NO this past weekend, I passed a shop called, “NEW ORLEANS COOKS”! There were some very unique and amusing kitchen gadgets and serving pieces that reflect the true flair of New Orleans cooking. The fleur-de-lis serving pieces were just beautiful. So as I was dragging HUBBY around, I made my Christmas List. I think he was paying attention! OH, YES, I SAW HIM PURCHASE A MRS. SANTA CLAUS APRON!!!!! Oh well, he keeps trying—IT IS THE THOUGHT—RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!
