Good Morning Foodies! Today’s recipe for the CHRISTMAS BIRD is the wonderful CORNISH HEN. I know sometimes a big ole turkey or goose is too much for some families that may be small in numbers. Not everyone’s family is like a tribe! I think even though we need to keep it smaller it still can be elegant—and the answer to this the infamous CORNISH HEN.
