Raspberry Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 1 c. fresh raspberries
- ½ c. apple cider vinegar
- ½ c. aged balsamic vinegar
- 1 T. honey
- 2 T. Dijon mustard
- ½ c. extra virgin olive oil
- Salt, black pepper
Instructions
- Combine raspberries, vinegars, honey and mustard in a blender or processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- While blending, slowly add olive oil until all combined.
- Taste for seasoning.
- Refrigerate in a sealed jar.
