Mystic Blackberry Cocktail

1 (.75-oz.) pkg. fresh mint sprigs
12 (1/4” thick) cucumber slices
2 (6-oz.) pkgs. fresh blackberries
¾ c. fresh lime juice
8-12 t. superfine or powdered sugar
1 c. plus 2 T. gin
1 c. cold club soda
Crushed ice
Garnishes: cucumber slices, fresh blackberries, lime wedges and lime mint sprigs
1. Place first 5 ingredients in large pitcher.
2. Gently press mint leaves, cucumbers and blackberries against side of pitcher with wooden spoon to release flavors.
3. Stir in gin and club soda.
4. Serve over ice.
5. Garnish as desired.
