Mugful Oatmeal Pumpkin Pie

½ c. 1% milk
1/3 c. quick cooking oats
¼ c. canned pumpkin puree
1 t. brown sugar
¼ t. pumpkin pie spice
Pinch of salt

1. Combine milk, oats, puree, sugar, spice and salt in microwave safe mug.
2. Microwave for 2 minutes.
3. Stir and let sit for 1 minute to thicken.
4. Serve and garnish with extra pumpkin pie spice.
