Ingredients
  • ½ c. butter, softened
  • 1 (3-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. flour
Instructions
  1. Combine butter, flour and cream cheese. Mix well.
  2. Roll into small balls. Pat to fit bottom and sides of very small muffin pans.
  3. Fill with pecan filling.
  4. Bake 325 for 30 minutes
Notes
*****Makes 24 pies. Do not grease the muffin tins and use regular all purpose flour. This recipe was given to me by Nicole Morrow, my sweet daughter-in-law. They were delicious and easy.

  • ⅔ c. pecan halves
  • 1 egg
  • 2 T. butter, melted
  • ⅛ t. salt
  • ¾ c. brown sugar
  • ¼ c. white corn syrup
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • Candied cherries, optional
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients, except pecans and cherries. Beat until well mixed.
  2. Fold in pecans.
  3. Fill pastry shells and top with a candied cherry, if desired.
  4. Bake 325 for 30 minutes.
