Granola S’Mores Bites

GRANOLA S’MORES BITES
PAM
1 lb. semisweet chocolate chips
½ t. coarse sea salt
8 oz. your favorite store-bought granola
2 c. cinnamon graham cereal, lightly crushed
½ c. toffee bits (Heath Toffee Bites)
10 marshmallows, cut into thirds

  1. Line baking sheet with a silicone mat, parchment paper or foil and spray with PAM.
  2. Put chocolate in heat-safe glass bowl and set over a pot filled with an inch of water.
  3. Place pot over medium heat and gently cook the chocolate, stirring occasionally, until melted.
  4. Add sea salt.
  5. Mix granola, cereal and toffee bits in shallow dish.
  6. Using two forks, dip the marshmallow rounds in the melted chocolate, letting excess chocolate drip off.
  7. Roll in granola mixture, then transfer to prepared baking sheet.
  8. Refrigerate until chocolate is set, 10-15 minutes.
  9. Store in airtight container if not using immediately.
