Granola S’Mores Bites

GRANOLA S’MORES BITES
PAM
1 lb. semisweet chocolate chips
½ t. coarse sea salt
8 oz. your favorite store-bought granola
2 c. cinnamon graham cereal, lightly crushed
½ c. toffee bits (Heath Toffee Bites)
10 marshmallows, cut into thirds
- Line baking sheet with a silicone mat, parchment paper or foil and spray with PAM.
- Put chocolate in heat-safe glass bowl and set over a pot filled with an inch of water.
- Place pot over medium heat and gently cook the chocolate, stirring occasionally, until melted.
- Add sea salt.
- Mix granola, cereal and toffee bits in shallow dish.
- Using two forks, dip the marshmallow rounds in the melted chocolate, letting excess chocolate drip off.
- Roll in granola mixture, then transfer to prepared baking sheet.
- Refrigerate until chocolate is set, 10-15 minutes.
- Store in airtight container if not using immediately.
