Delicious Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Dates

Large Pitted Medjool Dates (package size depends on how many you want to stuff)
Hickory Smoked Bacon Strips, cut in half, crosswise
Crumbled Goat Cheese, or your favorite soft cheese

1. Take each pitted date (if not pitted, cut a small slit and remove seed) and insert the goat cheese. Close the date as much as you can.
2. Wrap the ½ bacon strip tightly around the date and secure with toothpick.
3. Place on baking sheet sprayed with PAM.
4. Bake in preheated 375 oven, 15 minutes on one side.
5. Flip and cook another 10-15 minutes, until bacon is cooked and crispy.
