Cooling Cucumber-Lime Tequila Tonic

2 c. chopped English cucumbers
½ c. mint leaves
1/3 c. agave nectar
¼ c. cilantro leaves
1 lime, sectioned and juiced
Dash of salt
½ c. tequila blanco
¾ c. chilled tonic water

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Pulse until smooth.
  3. Scrape mixture into a bowl.
  4. Stir in tequila.
  5. Chill for at least 2 hours.
  6. Strain.
  7. Stir in tonic water.
  8. Serve over ice.
