Beer Bread w/ Garlic Butter

- 3 c. self-rising flour
- ¼ c. sugar
- 1 (12-oz.) bottle light or dark beer
- Stir together all ingredients.
- Spoon batter into lightly greased 8 ½ x 4 ½ “ loaf pan.
- Bake 375 for 55-60 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool in pan on wire rack for 5 minutes.
- Remove from pan and serve.
*****Can also freeze. Serve with Avocado Salsa Spread/Dip or some flavored butter.
