Beer Bread w/ Garlic Butter

Ingredients
  • 3 c. self-rising flour
  • ¼ c. sugar
  • 1 (12-oz.) bottle light or dark beer
Instructions
  1. Stir together all ingredients.
  2. Spoon batter into lightly greased 8 ½ x 4 ½ “ loaf pan.
  3. Bake 375 for 55-60 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Cool in pan on wire rack for 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from pan and serve.
Notes
*****Can also freeze. Serve with Avocado Salsa Spread/Dip or some flavored butter.
