Yummy Bat Wings with Creepy Fingers in Dip
Ingredients
- PAM
- ½ c. soy sauce
- 1 T. brown sugar
- 1 T. ginger
- 1 T. minced garlic
- 1 t. red pepper
- 1 t. black pepper
- 1 T. liquid smoke
- ½ c. Jerk Marinade sauce
- 1 T. Sriracha Hot sauce
- 1 T. A-I Steak Sauce
- 1 T. Tabasco
- 20 chicken wings, seasoned with salt and black pepper
- 1 (11-oz.) can refrigerated breadstick dough or pizza dough in can (this is the one I used)
- 1 egg white
- Sliced almonds
- 1 T. grated parmesan cheese
- 2 c. of your favorite dip like Ranch, Onion, etc. (somewhat thick to hold up the fingers.)
- I USE EITHER FIESTA DIP OR BLUE CHEESE DRESSING.
Instructions
- In a gallon plastic bag, add the brown sugar, ginger, garlic, red and black pepper.
- In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, liquid smoke, Jerk Marinade, sriracha sauce, A-1 Steak sauce, Tabasco.
- Place the seasoned wings in bag and work in the ginger, etc.
- Then pour sauce over it and marinade overnite.
- Transfer wings to baking sheet that has been sprayed with PAM. Bake at 450 for 25-30 minutes or until done.
- To make the fingers: Reduce oven to 375. Spray a baking sheet with PAM.
- Unroll dough and separate into 12 breadsticks. Roll into 4 inch long “fingers” and place on baking sheet. If using pizza dough, just lay the rectangle out and cut across into 4-6” pieces and then cut into individual fingers. Brush egg white over breadsticks and place an almond slice on one end, making a fingernail. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Place your favorite dip in a serving bowl and insert fingers with the nail tip facing up.
- Serve with the wings on the side.
Notes
*****Kids will love this along with adults. You can also add veggies for the dip, if you like.
