Jiggly Monster Bash Candy Corn Jell-O Shots

JIGGLY MONSTER BASH CANDY CORN JELL-O SHOTS
2 c. champagne, divided
3 t. unflavored gelatin, divided
3 T. sweetened condensed milk
1 c. pulp-free orange juice, divided
Orange food coloring gel
Yellow food coloring gel

1. Pour ½ c. champagne into small saucepan.
2. Sprinkle with 1 t. of gelatin; let stand 5 minutes.
3. Heat over low, whisking often, until gelatin dissolves, 2 minutes.
4. Remove from heat.
5. Whisk together warm gelatin mixture, 1 T. condensed milk and ½ c. champagne.
6. Divide mixture evenly amount 16 (2-oz.) disposable shot glasses (about ½ ounce mixture per glass.)
7. Chill until set, about 1 hour.
8. Pour ½ c. champagne into small saucepan.
9. Sprinkle with 1 t. gelatin, let stand 5 minutes.
10. Heat over low, whisking often, until gelatin dissolves, 2 minutes.
11. Remove from heat.
12. Whisk together warm gelatin mixture, 1 T. of condensed milk and ½ c. orange juice.
13. Whisk in small amount of orange food coloring gel until desired color is reached.
14. Divide mixture evenly among the shot glasses (about ½ ounce mixture per glass.)
15. Chill until set, about 1 hour.
16. Repeat steps 8-15, substituting yellow food coloring gel for orange food coloring gel.
17. Served chilled.
