6-8 c. cleaned and boiled shrimp
3 c. olive oil
1 c. vinegar
1 jar capers, drained
2 c. finely chopped celery
1 ½ c. creole mustard
½ c. grated Vidalia onion
½ c. finely chopped parsley
½ c. finely chopped green bell pepper
Salt to taste
Tabasco to taste
½ c. paprika
Cole slaw or lettuce leaves
1. Mix all the ingredients except shrimp for the dressing.
2. Add the shrimp to the dressing and marinate for 24 hours.
3. Serve on a bed of cole slaw or lettuce leaves.
