Good Morning Foodies!  First off, I want to apologize for my lack of creativity today.  When you look at the pic of the appetizer, Corn Dip in Bread Bowl, you are gonna say, she has lost it.  I know the pic looks quite like The 2-2-2 Crab Dip in the Bread Bowl, but it is a completely different appetizer.  This is where, I make use of the bread bowls, when I buy them.  You don’t have to serve this dip in the bread bowl.  It can be served in any nice chip and dip bowl.  I even did this dip in a long French bread once.  Use your imagination!!!! I will try to be more creative from now on.  It was just one of those easy great dips you can whip up. The other recipe today is from my dear friend, Becky Diesi’s-her marvelous pralines.  Those of you who know her, know what I mean.  I still say, it is the magic of her pot, that she cooks them in.  I have tried all sorts of pots and they don’t quite match up to her gems.  You know how you have to have the planets aligned and the stars in certain formations and the humidity to be just right—well, not Ms. Diesi.  She could whip those puppies up in the fires of HELL.  She has so graciously said, I could share her recipe but I know she is laughing, because they will never be as good as hers.  Have no fear, they will still be good!   So do I dare say, THREE WEEKS UNTIL CHRISTMAS!  I have 3 signs in my house that I put up every year for Christmas which make me laugh, stop and don’t take life so seriously. 1-THREE WISE WOMEN WOULD HAVE . . . Asked for Directions;  Arrived on Time;  Helped Deliver the Baby;  Cleaned the Stable;  Made a Casserole;  Brought Practical Gifts—seriously, incense!; and There Would Be Peace on Earth!!!!!!! 2-MARTHA STEWART DOES NOT LIVE HERE AND IF SHE DID SHE WOULD BE DEAD!!!! 3-My Favorite: IF YOU WANT BREAKFAST IN BED, YOU BETTER SLEEP IN THE KITCHEN! So don’t let deadlines, people, situations, put you in a panic—-JUST THINK OF SOMETHING FUNNY AND MOVE ON WITH THE DAY IN HAND!!!!  I promise you, that stuff will be there tomorrow!!! By the way, a little footnote: “TONITE WOULD BE A GREAT NITE TO HAVE HUBBY HELP YOU PULL TAFFY—HELP DISTRACT HIM FROM THE VICTORIA SECRET CHRISTMAS SHOW!”  Have a great day!
