Good Morning Foodies! I am sorry about the delayed posting yesterday on the website. Having operator difficulties! Poor Mel, she has to deal with it, not me. See sometimes stupidity pays off! As you well know, today is REPEAT WEDNESDAY! Lucky for you, it is an appetizer dish. (Shrimp Remoulade over Cole Slaw and Smoked Salmon Tray with Caper Sauce) Another way to beat the upcoming holidays with charm and grace. We could all use a little help these days of preparation. I think I will address that ELF ON THE SHELF—I agree with my nephew—HE IS CREEPY! I want his job—just decide where you are going to show up in the morning! I am thinking get your butt off the shelf and get down here and help me!!! Have a great day!

Hey Foodies, just a reminder about the artichokes in the picture. These are raw artichokes which I hulled out and placed a votive candle in. I have also placed small bowls of dipping sauce in them as containers. When all is said and done, boil or steam the artichoke and serve with your favorite dipping sauce! NO WASTE!
