2 c. walnut halves, good quality
PAM or olive oil
1 T. dried rosemary, crushed
Kosher salt, red pepper
1. Place nuts in bowl.
2. Spray lightly with PAM or drizzle with a little olive oil.
3. Add the rosemary, salt and red pepper. Toss to coat. If you like your nuts, with a little more zing, add more red pepper.
4. Place on baking sheet in single layer.
5. Bake 350 for 10-12 minutes, stirring once.
6. Remove from oven and place on paper towels to drain off excess oil.
7. Store in airtight container or freeze.
*****You can change up the nuts or do a mixture of nuts.
