Wonderful Muffin-Pan Breakfast Sliders
WONDERFUL MUFFIN-PAN BREAKFAST SLIDERS
1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough
4 ozs. Uncooked good quality breakfast sausage, casings removed
4 large eggs
2 slices American cheese, halved

- Place an oven rack in middle of oven at 350.
- Spray the wells of standard 12-cup muffin tin with PAM.
- Press a round of biscuit dough into 4 of the muffin cups. (Save the biscuits you do not use for another time.)
- Divide sausage into 4 portions. With your hands, press each portion into a round, then place each round in an empty muffin cup.
- Crack an egg into the remaining empty 4 muffin cups.
- Bake until eggs are set, biscuits are golden and sausage is cooked through, 15-18 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Assemble: Cut each biscuit in half, place sausage patty on top of the cheese; top with egg, then another piece of cheese, then add the biscuit top.
*You can change up the type of cheese.
