Wonderful Boudin Dip

1 (8-oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8-oz.) container sour cream
1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 (10-oz.) Rotel, drained
½ c. sliced green onion
1 T. diced pickled jalapenos
1 t. Creole seasoning
1 lb. Boudin
Corn chips, to serve
Green onion, garnish

  1. Preheat oven 350.
  2. Lightly spray 2-quart baking dish with PAM.
  3. In large bowl, stir together cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  4. Add cheddar, Rotel, green onion, jalapeno and Creole seasoning.
  5. Stir well until combined.
  6. Fold in Boudin until combined.
  7. Transfer to prepared pan.
  8. Bake until golden brown and bubbly, about 30 minutes.
  9. Let stand 10 minutes.
  10. Serve with corn chips and garnish with green onion.
