Welcoming Crescent Wreath

WELCOMING CRESCENT WREATH
2 (8-oz.) tubes of refrigerated crescent rolls
1/3 c. cranberry sauce
1 (12-oz.) brie wheel, cut into cubes
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 eggs, lightly beaten
Kosher salt/black pepper to taste
Chopped parsley, garnish

  1. Preheat oven 375.
  2. Line large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Unroll crescent rolls, separating each of the triangles.
  4. Arrange the triangles in sunburst pattern, pointed ends of triangles facing outwards and bases overlapping.
  5. Spread cranberry sauce on dough.
  6. Top sauce with brie, then bacon.
  7. Fold the triangle tips over, filling and rucking them under the base to secure.
  8. In small bowl, whisk eggs.
  9. Brush the egg wash on top of dough.
  10. Sprinkle the dough with salt and pepper.
  11. Bake until golden, 15-20 minutes.
  12. Garnish with parsley.
