Welcoming Crescent Wreath

WELCOMING CRESCENT WREATH
2 (8-oz.) tubes of refrigerated crescent rolls
1/3 c. cranberry sauce
1 (12-oz.) brie wheel, cut into cubes
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 eggs, lightly beaten
Kosher salt/black pepper to taste
Chopped parsley, garnish
- Preheat oven 375.
- Line large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll crescent rolls, separating each of the triangles.
- Arrange the triangles in sunburst pattern, pointed ends of triangles facing outwards and bases overlapping.
- Spread cranberry sauce on dough.
- Top sauce with brie, then bacon.
- Fold the triangle tips over, filling and rucking them under the base to secure.
- In small bowl, whisk eggs.
- Brush the egg wash on top of dough.
- Sprinkle the dough with salt and pepper.
- Bake until golden, 15-20 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley.
