Unique Brussels Sprout Hash
Ingredients
- 1 c. fresh or frozen pearl onions (if frozen, thaw them)
- 2 T. butter
- 3 T. extra virgin olive oil
- 3 T. honey, plus extra to drizzle
- 1 ½ lbs. thinly sliced Brussels sprouts.
- Kosher salt, fresh black pepper
- ¼-1/2 c. chicken broth or white wine
Instructions
- Heat butter, olive oil and honey in a skillet.
- Add the onions and cook until golden and glazed.
- Add the Brussels sprouts. Mix well.
- Season to taste and cook until crispy-tender.
- Add a little broth or wine to loosen up the mixture.
- Heat through and drizzle with honey before serving.
