
Three Cheese Baked Ziti with Spinach

1(16-oz.) ziti pasta
1 (12-oz.) fresh baby spinach, washed
1 (1 lb. 9 oz.) jar of Prego Marinara Italian Sauce or Homemade Sauce
1 c. ricotta cheese
1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 c. grated parmesan cheese
1 t. dried oregano
1 t. dried basil
Salt, black pepper, garlic powder
1. Prepare pasta according to package directions.
2. With the last minute of cooking pasta, drop in spinach. Drain pasta and spinach well in colander. Return them to the pot.
3. Stir in marinara sauce, ricotta, ½ c. mozzarella, ½ c. parmesan, oregano, basil, salt, garlic powder and black pepper to the pasta mixture. Taste for seasoning.
4. Spoon mixture into 13×9” shallow baking dish sprayed with PAM.
5. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
6. Bake 350 for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
