Good Morning Foodies! We had the most wonderful time in New Orleans. I always try to get there one weekend in December to see all the beautiful decorations. Even though the weather was pretty miserable it didn’t stop the HOLIDAY CHEER! We even got to see the Children’s Christmas Parade down Canal Street. I know those babies were cold but they just kept on strutting and smiling. This trip allows my crazy mind to idle and just enjoy all the beautiful things about Christmas and the rest of the holidays. If you have never done it, you should treat yourself and family to a most glorious vision! Take time to hit your “REFRESH” BUTTON! Today, I am sharing with you HUBBY’S FAMOUS CHRISTMAS GOOSE! Every year we have the tradition of cooking geese. HUBBY’S is the best. Something about the roasting goose just makes the kitchen smell wonderful. I love having certain customs for the holidays and this is one of ours! I hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Of course, you have to have a little “NOG” with your “EGG”!
