- 2 oz. or 2 shots of Frangelico liqueur
- 1 oz. or 1 shot of vodka
- Good quality vanilla ice cream
- Place the Frangelico and vodka in a blender.
- Add enough ice cream and blend until it is creamy and smooth.
- Serve in a champagne flute immediately.
*****This can make 1-2 drinks easily.
