Tasty Sweet Corn and Zucchini

TASTY SWEET CORN AND ZUCCHINI
2 c. rough chop fresh zucchini
2 c. fresh corn kernels
1 medium Vidalia onion, diced
¼ c. butter
¼ c. chopped fresh chives
1 T. taco seasoning mix

1. Melt butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
2. Saute the onion and zucchini for about 5-6 minutes.
3. Add the corn, chives and taco seasoning mix.
4. Saute until tender.
5. Taste for seasoning.
