Tangy Honey-Mustard Baked Salmon

TANGY HONEY MUSTARD BAKED SALMON
1 ½-2 lbs. salmon fillets
3 T. honey mustard
1 T. minced garlic
Olive oil
1 T. lemon juice
1 T. Chopped fresh dill
Salt/black pepper

  1. Preheat oven 400.
  2. In bowl, whisk together honey mustard, garlic, 2 T. olive oil, lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper.
  3. Line roasting pan with foil.
  4. Brush fillets on both sides with olive oil and season on both sides.
  5. Place fillets skin-side down.
  6. With basting brush coat top side of fillets with honey mustard mixture.
  7. Place in own and bake 8-10 minutes, until just barely cooked through.
  8. Okay if salmon is a little rare in center, when removed from oven, the residual heat will cook it through.
  9. Serve with sauce on side, if desired.
