Tangy Honey-Mustard Baked Salmon
TANGY HONEY MUSTARD BAKED SALMON
1 ½-2 lbs. salmon fillets
3 T. honey mustard
1 T. minced garlic
Olive oil
1 T. lemon juice
1 T. Chopped fresh dill
Salt/black pepper
- Preheat oven 400.
- In bowl, whisk together honey mustard, garlic, 2 T. olive oil, lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper.
- Line roasting pan with foil.
- Brush fillets on both sides with olive oil and season on both sides.
- Place fillets skin-side down.
- With basting brush coat top side of fillets with honey mustard mixture.
- Place in own and bake 8-10 minutes, until just barely cooked through.
- Okay if salmon is a little rare in center, when removed from oven, the residual heat will cook it through.
- Serve with sauce on side, if desired.
