Spicy Crab Tacos

3 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
2 large red radishes, finely diced
½ small red onion, finely chopped
¼ c. chopped cilantro or parsley
1 T. Sriracha chile sauce
Salt, black pepper
2 large jalapenos
½ red bell pepper, diced
½ yellow bell pepper, diced
3 T. olive oil
1 T. fresh lime juice
1 T. chopped fresh mint
½ lb. lump crabmeat, picked for shells
8 (10”) flour tortillas, halved or quartered

  1. In medium bowl, combine tomatoes, radishes, onion, 2T. cilantro and Sriracha. Season with salt.
  2. Preheat a grill pan.
  3. Grill jalapenos over moderate heat, turning until charred all over. Let cool, then discard charred skin, stem and seeds. Finely chop jalapeno.
  4. In another bowl, combine jalapeno, bell peppers, olive oil, lime juice, mint and remaining cilantro.
  5. Gently fold in crabmeat and season with salt and pepper if needed.
  6. Grill tortillas over high heat, about 20-30 seconds per side.
  7. Serve the spiced crab with the warmed tortillas and salsa.
