Spicy Cheesy Spinach Crab Dip
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. lump crabmeat, drained and picked
- 1 c. shredded jalapeno cheddar cheese
- 1 c. grated fresh parmesan cheese
- ½ c. milk
- ½ c. grated onion
- ½ c. Miracle Whip or mayo
- 1 T. sherry vinegar
- 1 t. red pepper
- 2 T. minced garlic
- 1 (10-oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed dry
- 1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 (8-oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 T. grated lemon zest
Instructions
- Place all ingredients except zest in 3 qt. slow cooker.
- Stir well to mix.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 2 hours.
- Stir in zest. Taste for seasoning.
Notes
*****If you want to make it a little more spicy, add more red pepper or Tabasco or crushed red pepper flakes.
