South of the Border S’mores


South of the Border S’mores

2 whole wheat flour tortillas or plain (8-10”)
miniature marshmallows, cut in half
Milk chocolate chips
Cinnamon sugar, divided

1. Spray a skillet with PAM, heavily and heat over medium heat.
2. Place a tortilla in skillet, sprinkle with marshmallow and chips evenly over it.
3. Top with second tortilla and spray it with PAM.
4. Cook the stack for 1-2 minutes or until lightly browned, then carefully flip and cook another 1-2 minutes.
5. Remove to a cutting board, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar over the top, then cut into quarters.
