Smokey Turkey Breast and Havarti Wrap with Jezebel Sauce
Ingredients
- Whole Wheat Flour Tortillas
- 3-4 thinly sliced smoked turkey or leftover turkey from Thanksgiving
- 2 slices of havarti cheese
- Jezebel sauce
- Fresh spinach, finely chopped
- JEZEBEL SAUCE
- 1 (10-oz.) jar pineapple preserves
- 1 (10-oz.) jar apple jelly
- 1 (5-oz.) jar horseradish
- ½ of (1 ½-oz.) can dry mustard
- 1 t. black pepper
Instructions
- Mix all sauce ingredients in a saucepan. Blend well. Heat until warm.
- Keep stored in refrigerator until needed.
- Take the chopped spinach or other lettuce or slaw and mix with the jezebel sauce. Put as much as you like.
- Lay out the tortilla, spread the spinach mixture, place the turkey, then the cheese.
- Roll up and cut in half or small bite size pieces.
Notes
*****Great on sandwiches, dipping sauce for sausage, cocktail meatballs, chicken tenders, etc.
*****If you like to eat it warm, wrap in foil and place in 275 oven and let it heat for 8-10 minutes.
