Ingredients
  • Whole Wheat Flour Tortillas
  • 3-4 thinly sliced smoked turkey or leftover turkey from Thanksgiving
  • 2 slices of havarti cheese
  • Jezebel sauce
  • Fresh spinach, finely chopped
  • JEZEBEL SAUCE
  • 1 (10-oz.) jar pineapple preserves
  • 1 (10-oz.) jar apple jelly
  • 1 (5-oz.) jar horseradish
  • ½ of (1 ½-oz.) can dry mustard
  • 1 t. black pepper
Instructions
  1. Mix all sauce ingredients in a saucepan. Blend well. Heat until warm.
  2. Keep stored in refrigerator until needed.
  3. Take the chopped spinach or other lettuce or slaw and mix with the jezebel sauce. Put as much as you like.
  4. Lay out the tortilla, spread the spinach mixture, place the turkey, then the cheese.
  5. Roll up and cut in half or small bite size pieces.
Notes
*****Great on sandwiches, dipping sauce for sausage, cocktail meatballs, chicken tenders, etc. *****If you like to eat it warm, wrap in foil and place in 275 oven and let it heat for 8-10 minutes.
