Today’s gadget is a “SALT STONE”! I must say I find this quite interesting. My neighbors gave us a whole set up of this salt-stone cookware. I have not had time to actually sit down and look at it. I have been reading about it and I think it might be something that will catch on. I know many restaurants feature this way of food preparation. I will keep you posted on my progress.
The SALT STONE is sourced from natural salt deposits found in the Himalayas. The dense crystalline composition adds complex flavor to all types of foods. Heat on the grill to sear seafood and meat, or chill for serving a selection of fruits, vegetables and cheeses with a hint of salt.
