Roasted Green Beans with Lemony Anchovy Paste Sauce

Ingredients
  • 1 (12-oz.) bag Green Giant Steamer Green Beans
  • Lemon pepper
  • ¼ c. Gourmet Garden Chili Pepper Paste
  • 3 T. Crème d’Anchovy Paste
  • ½ c. Wishbone Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • ¼ c. fresh lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Cook the green beans as directed on package in microwave except just cook for 2 minutes.
  2. Remove and season with lemon pepper and place in oven-proof baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the chili pepper paste, anchovy paste, vinaigrette and lemon juice.
  4. Pour over the green beans and mix well. Season to taste.
  5. Cover and set aside until ready to serve.
  6. When ready to serve, place in 375 oven for about 10-12 minutes or until crispy tender.
Notes
****I am not a huge fan of straight up anchovies but the paste is a nice addition of saltiness to any dish. It does not taste fishy.
