Refreshing Frozen Lemonade

REFRESHING FROZEN LEMONADE
1/3 c. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. water
½ c. ice cubes
4 c. vanilla ice cream
Lemon slices, garnish
- In small pitcher, combine lemon juice and sugar.
- Stir well to dissolve sugar.
- Add 1 c. water and ½ c. ice cubes. Stir well to chill mixture.
- Add ice cream to blender with lemonade mixture.
- Blend on HIGH until smooth.
- Pour into 2 glasses and garnish with lemon slice.
