1 (1.9-oz.) pkg. mini phyllo shells (such as Athenos)
1/3 c. canned dulce de leche
1 c. frozen whipped topping thawed
1 (1.4-oz.) English toffee candy bar, finely chopped (Heath or Skor)
1. Preheat oven 350.
2. Arrange phyllo shells on baking sheet.
3. Bake for 5 minutes or until crispy. Cool slightly.
4. Spoon about 1 t. dulce de leche into each shell and top with 1 T. whipped topping.
5. Sprinkle tarts with chopped candy.
