Orange-Chocolate Mug Cake
Ingredients
- 2 T. vegetable oil
- Finely grated zest of 1 orange
- 2 T. fresh orange juice
- ¼ c. sugar
- 2 T. unsweetened cocoa powder
- ¼ c. self-rising flour
- Pinch of kosher salt
Instructions
- In large mug, whisk together oil, zest, juice and sugar with a fork.
- Add cocoa, flour and salt.
- Beat batter until smooth.
- Microwave the cake for 1 ½ to 2 ½ minutes until risen and firm.

*****Topping ideas: Cream cheese icing, caramel glaze, whipped topping candied orange peel or chopped almonds.
